Returns
We aim to ensure your total satisfaction with your HueBian purchase. If you’re not entirely pleased with your order for any reason, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
To begin a return, contact our customer service team providing your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll then issue a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Please remember that you’re responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we’ll process your refund, and a credit will automatically apply to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer service team when you initiate your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
