This Intellectual Property Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the approach of HueBian, a subsidiary of Huebians LLC, to intellectual property rights on our website, https://huebian.com (“Website”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

Copyright

All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, software, and other material (collectively “Content”), is owned or licensed property of HueBian, Huebians LLC, or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. Reporting Infringements

  2. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Website;
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your Content has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our designated copyright agent at service@zeus.family. Your counter-notice must include the following information:

  1. A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location on the Website where it previously appeared;
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside or, if you reside outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any federal court in the district where the service provider may be found; and
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of that person.

Repeat Infringers

HueBian will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
